TASK 2 - CONTENT GENERATION
Content Generation
Title: My Legendary Grandpa
The story is about my perspective of viewing and introducing my grandpa. There are memories of me and him, also how I felt after he passed away, and realizing the bond between family is unspoken. Even when we are far apart in different worlds, our hearts remain connected.

I chose a few parts to do my visualization, so I highlighted it to distinguish it clearly. This is the highlighted part of my story.

Before I did my illustration, I had found some visual references on Pinterest to see which style of illustrations I wanted in my storybook.

This is the color palette of my storybook, I used blue and yellow as the primary color. I want my book to have a darker vibe, so I chose blue as the main background color and yellow to lighten up the details.

I did all the visuals in Procreate because there are lots of brushes and functions to enhance the outcome of my artwork, I created the artboard in the exact size of my book 180mm x 240mm.

REFLECTION
Experience: This task was more stressful, but it was also fascinating. One of the biggest challenges I faced was coming up with ideas for visuals and writing the content. Nevertheless, I genuinely loved the creative process, and I felt happy and pleased when viewing the end result. I appreciate Mr. Hijjaz allowing us enough time to finish the task since it allowed me to think deeply about my feelings and memories as I worked on the content and illustrations. I respect this effort greatly since it provided me with an exceptional opportunity to share my grandfather's story. I will treasure this experience and can't wait to see the last book.

Observations: I discovered along the process that doing illustrations is what I'm most interested in. Despite my lack of experience with iPad illustrations, this challenge helped me become much more proficient with Procreate. I'm appreciative of Procreate's capabilities and ease of use, which helped to streamline and enhance the illustration process.

Findings: I found that for work like this, time management is essential. We had enough time to do the job, but because of my bad time management, it felt more intense and stressful. Better preparation could have produced an even more refined result. I've learned from this task how important it is to better manage my time going forward.
